Job Description The Childcare Area Manager will be responsible for managing multiple childcare centers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting best practices in early childhood education. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and fostering relationships with parents and the community to ensure quality service delivery. The role involves managing correspondence and report to TUSLA and other agencies as well as supporting services on various inspections.  Roles and Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of multiple childcare centers, ensuring high standards of care and education.- Implement and monitor curriculum and educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children.- Recruit, train, and support center managers and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, conducting regular audits and reviews.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing concerns and promoting open communication.- Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring financial sustainability of the centers.- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for growth and improvement.- Represent the company at community events and professional gatherings to promote our services and values. - Carry out staff supervision. - implement staff training through practice. - ensure all policies and procedures are implemented. - liaise with TUSLA and any other agency as required from time to time.  The successful candidate must have Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field or relevant qualification to senior management role. - Minimum of 3 years experience in management or a similar role.- Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and best practices.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Proficient in administrative tasks, including budgeting and reporting.- Able to drive and travel between services.
