Description We are representing a high-profile aircraft leasing firm that is currently recruiting an experienced Company Secretary to join its team in Dublin or Shannon. Responsibilities Arrange daily transaction approvals and transaction document execution Manage the annual compliance requirements of group entities and serviced entities Advise on company secretarial, legal and corporate governance issues/updates Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment Managing Board meetings, AGM’s, EGM’s and committee meetings Liaise with other internal departments, external auditors, solicitors and company secretarial service providers Requirements Third-level qualification in a related field together with a company secretarial qualification At least 7 years experience in company secretarial and statutory compliance or legal environment Ability to interpret regulatory and legislative requirements Excellent IT and multitasking skills A market-leading package is on offer.
