Using our digital channels, you’ll achieve income and expenditure targets that will secure long term resources for Samaritans.Contract€48,000 to €51,000 per annum plus benefitsFull time (35hrs per week) PermanentHybrid working with link to our Dublin officeIn-person working: Meeting in person and working collaboratively are things we value. We work in person around 4 days or more per month. We are passionate about flexible working, talk to us about your preferences What you’ll do Lead and develop Samaritans’ digital fundraising strategiesCraft online campaigns to drive sustainable income growthCreate engaging content and campaigns to grow reach and donor participationAnalyse and evaluate digital fundraising performanceUse insights to optimise and improve fundraising campaignsBuild strong partnerships with influencers and sponsorsWhat you’ll bringPrevious experience of digital fundraising or marketing in the non-profit sectorStrong knowledge of social media and online advertisingExperience in CMS and peer-to-peer fundraising platformsFamiliar with Google Analytics and basic web languagesData analysis skills and ability to use insights to drive improvementAbility to manage multiple projects at onceExperience with ‘Fundraisin’ and ‘Wagtail’ (desirable)Knowledge of digital paid sponsorship and partnerships (desirable)Why Samaritans?At Samaritans, you’ll be part of a people-first organisation deeply committed to inclusion, compassion and learning.
