Reperio has partnered with a fast-moving, tech-driven company operating at the forefront of managed IT services to find a Head of Services who will lead the evolution of both internal and client-facing tools.

This is a high-impact leadership role offering significant autonomy to shape internal systems, steer our product portfolio, and influence company-wide standards and strategy.

Responsibilities:

Own and optimise the internal toolset (RMM, PSA, quoting, documentation, Act as product owner for key third-party platforms offered to clientsLead AI and automation initiatives across departmentsEnsure system-wide compliance with security and data protection standardsBe a key contributor to operational standards and continuous improvement effortsCross FunctionalColaberation

Requirements:

Experience in an MSP environmentProven ability to manage and optimise IT platforms and SaaS ecosystemsStrong knowledge of automation toolsFamiliarity with AI applications in business operationsHands-on experience with security frameworks and governanceStrong communication, documentation, and project management skillsBonus: Knowledge of Kaseya/Datto, or relevant certifications (CISSP, ITIL,
