Building Services Engineer

The Building Services Engineer position plays a crucial role in the management and implementation of Building Services. As a Building Services Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within our project delivery team.
Working closely with project managers and subcontractors, you will oversee all electrical/mechanical activities, manage resources efficiently, and uphold our uncompromising standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Manage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle Coordinate Design team information & details in time for project delivery activities Ensure implementation of the MEPL Services IPEP Management plan Liaise with Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler, Lifts & Technical Specialists Sub-Contractors Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of Safety. Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of approved Quality plan. Monitor Programmes & review installation progress. Ensure design compliance & commissioning achievement with all documents collated and O & M Manual's development. Specific Requirements
Mechanical/Electrical Third level qualification 5 years' experience in building services co-ordination. Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally project experience Excellent IT skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required Strong client focus If this role is of interest to you, please apply now
