Job Title: Building Services Specialist

The Building Services Specialist plays a pivotal role in the management and implementation of building services. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will oversee all electrical/mechanical activities, manage resources efficiently, and uphold our uncompromising standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of the MEP services project delivery cycle.
  • Ensure timely coordination with design teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Liaise with mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, lifts, and technical specialists sub-contractors.
  • Oversee the implementation of MEPL services IPEP management plans.
  • Inspect installation works against approved quality plans.
  • Monitor programmes and review installation progress.
  • Ensure design compliance and commissioning achievement.

Requirements:

  • Hold a third-level qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Have 5 years' experience in building services coordination.
  • Prior main contractor experience is preferred.
  • Excellent IT skills are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
  • A strong client focus is essential.
