Senior Quantity Surveyor - PQS - DublinOffice/Project Location: Dublin City, DublinEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Office Pay: €65K-€75KExperience: 5+yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur Client is an established Cost and Project Management consultancy based in Dublin City Centre.They provide a comprehensive range of professional services including Quantity Surveying, Estimating & Project Management to clients and are seeking to appoint a professionally qualified (SCSI / RICS) Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in project co-ordination.The successful candidate is required to have experience of the full range of quantity surveying services and be confident in dealing with clients face-to-face. Manage and chair site meetings through to project delivery on a wide range of prestigious projects.Preparation of cost plans/ budget estimatesValue engineering (identifying risks and opportunities)Preparation of Bills of QuantitiesTender review and evaluationAssessing Interim valuation paymentsNegotiating and agreeing variationsCost ReportingFinal account settlementReporting to key stakeholdersRequirementsBSc Degree in Quantity Surveying with 5+ years experience with min 3 years working with PQS companiesProfessional membership to SCSI or RICSGood communication and presentation skillsComputer literate with skills in MS officePackageSalary €65 - €75K with additional benefits and bonus depending on level of experience and qualifications This is permanent staff role with a clear career path to advance to Associate and Director level for the right candidate.Work from home arrangements (3 office/ 2 home)Paid annual institute membership subscriptions21 days annual leave
