Customer Service Representative Customer Service Service Advisor Dublin Permanent / Full Time 20/11/ Positive working environment 35k Salary Working on Site in the head office in Parkwest Dublin 12 Key ResponsibilitiesThe principal duties and responsibilities of a Customer Service Representativeare to ensure that our customers receive a positive experience in their communication with the Customer Service Department and that all orders and enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.Job Description - ▪ Control and maintenance of weekly, bi-monthly customer standing and call off orders. l ▪ It is imperative that the stock availability is checked in adequate time before the standing order is due.▪ Processing customer complaints as per ISO QF Quality Standard.▪ Taking customer enquiries regarding price, product and technical queries and ensuring that these queries are followed up via the relevant departments. ▪ Maintaining Customer Special Prices on the ERP system.▪ Proactively monitor Inventory reorder levels and to bring any suggestions on adjustments to reorder levels to the attention of the purchasing department and the relevant product manager.▪ Telephone manner must be of a professional nature, friendly and courteous at all times.Duties Processing Sales Orders▪ Taking customer orders via telephone, fax, post and e-mail.▪ Processing customer orders and invoices in a timely fashion as per the ISO QS Quality Standard and Good Distribution Practice.▪ Liaise with the purchasing and service departments to provide accurate and continuing communication to customers with regard to outstanding back orders.▪ Ensuring all incoming shipments which contain backorder items are processed upon receipt of the copy GRN (good receipt note).▪ Should a product which is on backorder not be received within its due date, it is imperative that the customer is informed of the new expected delivery date.▪ Liaise with the stores department to ensure sales orders are dispatched when due and customer special requests are met. (Eg. Certs of analysis, product literature etc.) Qualifications / Experience▪ Educated to Leaving Certificate or similar preferred.▪ Previous experience preferred although full training will be provided.▪ Friendly, flexible and be willing to work as part of a team.▪ Good organisation and communication skills.▪ Ability to work under pressure and show initiative.If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.
