💬 What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work closely with a multicultural, globally distributed team to provide world-class customer support and ensure a seamless experience for our users.
Your day might include:
- Assisting international customers via email, chat, or phone with empathy and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting account, billing, or technical issues — and finding creative solutions that delight customers.
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple time zones to deliver projects that improve customer satisfaction, legal compliance, and business performance.
- Sharing feedback and insights that help shape better products, training, and support content.
🧩 What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English and at least two of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing or technical-support role.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and technical aptitude for troubleshooting software or account issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team-player attitude with the flexibility to work as part of a global remote team.
- A proactive, curious approach — you enjoy finding better ways to support customers and improve processes.
