Key Responsibilities

Design and manage Kubernetes clusters across Azure and hybrid environmentsBuild and optimize container orchestration frameworks to support rapid application deliveryImplement monitoring, observability, and security controls for cloud-native workloadsLead automation initiatives (Terraform, Python, GitOps) to reduce manual operationsStreamline CI/CD workflows in collaboration with development teamsDesign HA and DR solutions for critical enterprise systemsMentor engineering teams and champion platform best practices

What You Bring

8+ Years experience in a similar role5 + Years experience with Kubernetes Proven experience delivering complex cloud migration projects at scaleStrong leadership in regulated or security-sensitive environments

Technical Skills

Expert-level proficiency with Azure (AKS), OpenShift, and IstioSolid experience in Infrastructure as Code using TerraformAdvanced scripting skills (Python, Bash)In-depth knowledge of DevOps tooling, GitOps, and automation practicesFamiliar with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and container security

Certifications (Preferred)

Azure (AZ-, AZ- or equivalent)Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD)AWS certifications a plus
