Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid: 2–3 days in office)Reporting to: Head of Business DevelopmentDirect Reports: 2Employment Type: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the RoleA well-established insurance organisation, based in Dublin City Centre, is seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing & Brand Development Manager to lead its marketing function. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy while overseeing brand, content, and communications initiatives.With two direct reports, you’ll shape the marketing agenda, drive business growth, and lead cohesive campaigns and content across multiple channels. Working closely with the wider business, you’ll ensure that all marketing efforts align with organisational objectives and reflect the company’s brand identity, culture, and values.This is an ideal opportunity for a collaborative, creative, and commercially minded marketing professional looking to make a real difference in a purpose-driven organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & PlanningLead the development and execution of the Marketing Operational Plan aligned with business objectives.Manage the annual marketing budget, resources, and third-party vendors to maximise ROI.Translate market intelligence into actionable strategies to support growth and engagement.Brand Management & ContentDefine and maintain a consistent, impactful brand across all platforms.Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content – written, visual, and multimedia.Ensure all communications reflect the company’s values, voice, and professionalism.Campaigns & CommunicationsDesign and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to support client acquisition and member engagement.Ensure campaigns effectively communicate the collective value of cross-functional contributions.Lead internal communications and campaigns that foster employee engagement and cultural alignment.Digital & Social MediaOversee website content, SEO, email marketing, and social media activity.Ensure digital platforms are current, engaging, and aligned with business and brand goals.Leadership & Team ManagementLead, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team of two.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.Events & Internal MarketingPlan and execute internal and external events that reflect the company’s brand and strategic priorities.Lead internal marketing efforts that promote the company’s culture, values, and purpose.Insights & AnalyticsAnalyse marketing performance metrics and user behaviour to refine strategy.Support market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.The Ideal CandidateTo succeed in this role, you will bring:A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role with strategic planning responsibilities.Experience managing a team and leading successful, brand-led marketing strategies.Strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in insurance, financial services, or the public sector.Proven ability to lead high-impact campaigns and events that drive business outcomes.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills – with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, SEO/SEM, and analytics platforms.A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Strong leadership and collaboration skills – able to inspire a team and influence stakeholders at all levels.Get in Touch For further information please contact #LI-AB3
