With a strong presence in Dublin City Centre, they offer a professional environment tailored to fostering growth and innovation.Job DescriptionRegulatory Policy VP - Capital Markets Bank, DublinBanking & Financial ServicesDevelop and maintain regulatory policies in line with industry standards and local requirements: crucially - ICAAP, ILAAP, RRP, EBA/ ECB EU Stress Tests.Advise senior management on regulatory developments and their impact on business strategies.Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.Prepare and present regulatory reports for internal and external stakeholders.Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and address inquiries or audits as required.Monitor changes in the regulatory landscape and assess their implications for the organisation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed regulatory considerations into operational workflows.Provide training and updates to staff on regulatory policies and best practices.The Successful ApplicantRegulatory Policy VP - Capital Markets Bank, DublinA successful Regulatory Policy VP should have:A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field within a Capital Markets / major Bank business.Ideally Accounting or Risk Qualified.Proven expertise in regulatory compliance and policy development.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication abilities to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.A proactive approach to monitoring and adapting to regulatory changes.The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and professional environment in Dublin.What's on OfferRegulatory Policy VP - Capital Markets Bank, DublinA competitive salary in the range of €80,000 to €110,000 per annum.Opportunities for professional development within the financial services sector.A permanent position offering job stability and career progression.A collaborative and professional work environment in Dublin.Potential for additional benefits aligned with industry standards.If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role as a Regulatory Policy VP in Dublin, we encourage you to apply today.
