Your new role
Reporting to the Head of EMEA Tax, you will join a team of 4 people in Dublin and have responsibility for all EMEA indirect tax matters. Your role will span many countries across EMEA including Ireland, UK, Germany, Italy and France to name a few. Your duties will include both compliance and advisory-related activities such as:Developing and implementing Indirect Tax planning and compliance improvement initiativesWorking with external and internal indirect tax compliance teams to ensure complete compliance across all jurisdictionsKeeping abreast of regulatory changes in the indirect tax landscapeIdentify opportunities to improve indirect tax processes and controls and support implementation of process improvementLiaise with the relevant Tax Authorities on all Indirect Tax queries and audits across the EMEA region Collaboration with corporate and regional tax teams on international projectsWhat you'll need to succeed You must be a fully qualified Chartered Tax Advisor or Chartered Accountant (CTA/ACA preferred but equivalent welcome to apply)While big 4 training is desirable, you must have direct industry experience in a multinational company across EMEA indirect tax for this roleExperience working with different cultures and the ability to adapt your communication style to different stakeholders is requiredYou must be living in Ireland for this remote roleWhat you'll get in return
You will be rewarded with a salary of €90,000 - €120,000 depending on your experience level, plus a performance-based bonus with additional earning potential, 25 days annual leave and healthcare cover. This is a fully remote role offering the ultimate flexibility, with the option to visit the central Dublin office if desired.
