The Role | Quality Manager
You will be responsible for the management of quality standards on the site
Key Responsibilities:
Daily quality inspections across the full range of services on site from M&E to Brickwork & FinishingRead construction drawings to compare against works on siteImplement site quality programs for subcontractorsMonitor subcontractors compliance with quality programsCoordination of tests and inspections across siteMonitor changes and reworks to rejected workAdvise site teams on quality issues and how to remedy themManagement of all BCAR-related documentationWhat You'll Need to Succeed:
5+ years experience in a Site Engineering or Quality-focused positionStrong project management skillsAttention to detail and a quality-focused mindsetDesire to grow your career in quality
