Your New RoleThis role is to be based in Dublin, They have locations in the city centre/south side and north side. For high-end commercial properties. There is a building and fitout division and both areas require support.
Selection of site duties Day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractorsAssist the Project team in monitoring progress to meet agreed programme targetsEnsure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standardsEnsure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all timesWork closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground. What You'll Need For The Role 5–10 years' Management experiencePrevious Main Contractor experience, ideally high-end commercial/mixed-use development projects experience is beneficial.Third level qualification or Trades background is sought after (Having excellent knowledge of trades)IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft softwareExcellent delegation and organisational skillsAbility to work well within a team and to collaborate with othersAmbitious individual that wants to grow and progress within a companyWhat You'll Get in ReturnYou will also work for one of Ireland's most established contractors with a pipeline of projects for the next several years.You will be paid on a day-rate basis (typically €400-€500 per day) but there could be flexibility depending on the relevant experience. You will work on some large, high-profile projects, within a brilliant working environment.The organisation is renowned for being a great employer, and all directors commenced at site level and progressed to senior roles.You can work long-term on a day-rate setup or commence on a salary basis if that is something you'd be interested in.#LI-DNI
