We’re looking for a driven Account Executive (SMB) to join a global SaaS leader in marketing automation and customer data platforms – trusted by some of the world’s most innovative e-commerce brands.
The Opportunity
As an SMB Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle – from initial qualification to close – helping high-potential businesses unlock the power of first-party data and drive customer engagement at scale.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team in Dublin where top performers are empowered to take smart risks, build meaningful client relationships, and continuously grow – both personally and professionally.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing a high-velocity sales pipeline across the DACH marketRunning full-cycle SaaS sales: qualifying, demoing, influencing, and closing dealsAdvising e-commerce and retail clients on scalable, data-driven marketing solutionsConsistently meeting and exceeding your revenue targetsWhat You Bring to the Table
2 years of experience in a new-business focused AE role within MarTech or SaaSProven success selling to C-level or senior marketing stakeholdersStrong understanding of e-commerce or D2C/retail brand challengesA track record of closing business in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder sales environmentFluent in German and English (written and spoken)Full work authorization to work in IrelandInterested?
