On their behalf, we are seeking a Marketing Executive to elevate brand visibility and engagement across digital and traditional channels.This position blends creativity, strategy, and analytical thinking. The role covers key areas such as campaign management, content creation, digital marketing, social media, and event coordination.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget.Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, and PR channels.Lead marketing initiatives such as service launches and educational drives.Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data insights.Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to ensure quality delivery.Create engaging materials for patients, clinicians, and referrers.Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.Manage press releases and public relations activity.Manage social media channels and digital advertising campaigns.Oversee online reviews and digital reputation.Analyse performance metrics and prepare regular reports.Plan and coordinate conferences, PR events, and outreach initiatives.Collaborate with clinical teams to strengthen relationships with referrers.Market Insights Track competitor activity and industry trends.Provide regular reports on marketing effectiveness and opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEDegree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.5 years' experience in healthcare or similar sector.Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools (e.g. Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Suite).Clean driving licence and flexibility to travel when required.Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Collaborative team player with a professional and adaptable approach.At Wallace Myers International Recruitment Agency we specialise in sourcing professionals for key industries and services.
