Business Systems Analyst 185405 Desired skills: Agile, SQL, Product, Business Analysis Hybrid - 2 days per week required on siteReperio has partnered with a leading organisation in the South East that is seeking an Systems Analyst to join the team on an initial 6-month rolling contract.This role requires 2 days per week onsite and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of key technology projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment.Requirements:- Proven experience in Systems Analysis, particularly in backlog refinement, stakeholder engagement, and Agile execution.- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, with hands-on experience in Sprint planning and backlog management.- Familiarity with insurance industry processes, regulations, and market dynamics.- Experience using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is an added advantage.- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.If you're interested in this role, apply below.
