Hybrid - 2 days per week required on site

Reperio has partnered with a leading organisation in the South East that is seeking an Systems Analyst to join the team on an initial 6-month rolling contract.

This role requires 2 days per week onsite and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of key technology projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Systems Analysis, particularly in backlog refinement, stakeholder engagement, and Agile execution.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, with hands-on experience in Sprint planning and backlog management.
- Familiarity with insurance industry processes, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Experience using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
