Project Manager - Construction Contractor - DublinOffice/Project Location: Dublin City, DublinEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Site BasedPay: €80K-€100K, Negotiable depending on experienceExperience: 5+yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client is a leading Irish Contractor who undertake projects throughout Ireland in large scale construction.They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Civil, Residential, Data Centres, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.They are seeking Project Managers to take overall responsibility for delivery of projects in DublinIn conjunction with Planning Department, preparing detailed construction programmesEnsuring works are carried out in compliance with contract requirementsEnsuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standardsIn conjunction with the Construction Director, manage all contractual issues to ensure risk to the company is minimisedMaintain good client and design team relationsAttend client/design team meetingsPrepare monthly reports for Project Review meetingsIn conjunction with the Project QS, appoint subcontractors as required for the projectRequirementsDegree in Engineering/Construction related discipline5+ years of post-qualification experience on large scale buildings / civils projectsProven experience as a Project Manager running large scale projectsExcellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skillsPackageSalary €80k - €100K and negotiable dependent on experience
