Flexsource are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Logistics Assistant for our client based in Fermoy Cork.The Role of the Logistics Assistant is to carry out takes and responsible for supporting the plant manager & operations Supply Chain team.Job Duties Include :Assists with planning and implementationProvides training, guidance and advice to others as requiredLiaises with internal staff at all levels and coordinates work with support of other internal teamsCoordinates messenger and courier service.Prepares outgoing mail for distribution.Reviews operating practices and implements improvements where necessaryManages and maintains schedules, appointments and travel arrangementsFiles and retrieves documents and reference materials.Helps develop and create professional tools including spreadsheets, correspondence and reportsRequirements :Minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experienceAdvanced experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Superior attention to detail and accuracy.High degree of professionalism
