RTR Manager – Advisory FAASAbout the RoleA leading professional services organization is seeking an RTR Manager to join its Advisory FAAS team. This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with global exposure and a focus on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. What You’ll DoReview and approve month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, payroll, intercompany, and FX adjustmentsOversee reconciliations across fixed assets, bank accounts, leases, deferred revenue, inventory, and share-based compensationConduct balance sheet and P&L variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and completenessReview financial data from multiple entities and ensure consistency and proper documentationMaintain up-to-date process documentation and identify opportunities for improvementLead and manage medium-to-large teams across various functionsBuild strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Skills & ExperienceACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience in a similar roleProven experience managing complex close and reporting processesStrong technical accounting knowledge and ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle preferred)Blackline experience desirableAdvanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesAPPLY NOW #CplCorkFin#LI-MB3
