Responsibilities


Lead, oversee and plan day to day development activities. Collaborate with developers, product and leadership to ensure smooth project execution. Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment. Provide guidance and resolve technical issues when required. Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines. Drive improvements in process and practices.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple projects. 2+ years of experience in software development ( Basic understanding of peer to peer systems is essential. Basic experience with Python, C++ and Rust is good to have. Proven experience launching successful products. Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and good development practices. Strongmunication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience in handling developers of varying experience levels. Experience with modern dev practices: CI/CD, automated testing, agile.
