We're looking for an Assistant Logistics Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering efficient, safe, and customer-focused logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and motivating a logistics team, driving safety and high performanceOptimising processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve serviceImplementing digital tools and lean practices to drive continuous improvementBuilding strong relationships with operations, sales, finance, and haulage partnersSupporting key projects, including ERP systems upgrades (SAP)Managing KPIs including safety, efficiency, stock accuracy, and customer service levels

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management (manufacturing or construction materials is ideal)Strong leadership and people-management skillsHands-on problem solver with excellent decision-making abilityProficient with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or WCM(advantageous but not essential)Customer-focused, results-driven, and committed to safety & sustainability
