Reperio has partnered with a company that's seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support an ongoing Agile transformation within their IT delivery function. This role is ideal for a confident coach and mentor who thrives in shaping culture, improving delivery outcomes, and partnering with senior stakeholders. Communicaton skills are really important for this role. This is an initial 6 month contract. (with possible extension)

Responsibilities:

Drive Agile ways of working across teams and senior leadershipCoach and mentor delivery teams and managers, including 1:1s and Communities of PracticeSupport process improvement, shift-left practices, and continuous integration initiativesGuide and develop an Agile Coach AnalystPromote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learningConstructively challenge traditional practices and encourage Agile mindsets

Requirements:

10+ years Agile coaching experience, including senior stakeholder engagementPrevious project management background (5+ years)Relevant third-level degree or industry certificationAgile coaching qualification essentialStrong leadership, communication, and influencing skillsPassionate about Agile, pragmatic in approach, and continuously learning
