Responsibilities

:
Develop and drive the technical vision and strategy forplex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and long-term goals. Architect and implement high-performance, scalable, and resilient systems to support enterprise-level applications and services. Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers across teams, fostering technical growth and promoting best practices. Partner with product managers, operations, and other engineering leaders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Lead efforts to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical system issues, ensuring reliability and performance. Research and rmend emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to advance the organization's technical capabilities and maintain apetitive edge. Advocate for and enforce coding best practices, design patterns, and technical standards across engineering teams. Facilitate architecture reviews, code reviews, and design discussions to ensure technical excellence and alignment with organizational standards. Identify and implement improvements in development workflows, automation, and system monitoring to enhance efficiency and reliability. Serve as a technical authority in internal and external forums, contributing to the organization's reputation for engineering excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in network design and implementation 5+ years of experience supporting networks at an L3 level Expert level multi-vendor experience with routing and switching equipment from Cisco, Juniper, Arista Expert level wireless experience, preferably Aruba networks based implementations Expert level VoIP implementation and operations experience on cisco based networks Expert level understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6 Expert level BGP and OSPF Proficiency in modern development languages such as Python, C++ Experience developing tools to drive efficiency in operations tasks and automation Expert level troubleshooting skills Understanding of Multicast technologies such as PIM and PIM-BIDIR Experience with QoS and implementation strategies on both Wired and Wireless Experience with of wireless technologies such as Experience with Aruba Airwave Management Platform Experience optimizing and operating wireless systems and RF environments Experience with L2 technologies such as MLAG and VPC Functional knowledge of andfort working in *nix environments Excellentmunication and documentation skills Relevant expert level certifications (CCIE, JNCIE, etc) preferred Participation in on call rotation Relevant expert level certifications (CCIE, JNCIE, etc) preferred BSCS or other 4-year technical degree preferred
