We're looking for someone proactive, detail-focused, and ready to grow into the role of Underwriter / Claims Assessor?Your Key ResponsibilitiesReviewing applications and assessing claims for life and serious illness productsMaking accurate and timely decisions, following internal guidelines and standardsClearly explaining decisions to customers and advisers in a supportive, professional wayCollaborating with a variety of internal teams and external stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities for improvement and helping us do things better every dayMaintaining a positive, team-focused attitude and acting with integrity in everything you doYour Skillset and ExperienceFluent German (written and spoken) – this is essentialA couple of years’ experience in underwriting or claims for life/serious illness insurance– OR a medical background (e.g. nursing or medical degree)– OR a relevant business or industry qualificationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood time management and organisational abilityDon’t worry if you're still building your experience. If you bring the right mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn, we’ll support you with training and mentorship.Salary and BenefitsStrong base salary, depending on experience, in the range of €65, per yearAnnual BonusPension Scheme, Healthcare SchemeHybrid working ModelLocationDublin SouthInitial training period mainly office base, hybrid afterwardsIf this sounds like a good fit — even if you don’t meet every requirement — we’d love to hear from you.
