Overview Reservations Sales Agent - German Speaking role at Staycity Group . Location: Dublin. Position: Reservations Sales Agent - German Speaking (full-time permanent).
Staycity is looking for a Reservations Sales Agent - German Speaking to join their Reservations Team in the Dublin Head Office on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity to join the reservations team of Europe’s leading Aparthotel provider. You will be dealing with customers both internally and externally; our ideal candidate would have a strong customer focus. Staycity offers a competitive package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement.
Staycity Group’s expansion is underway under two brands – Staycity Aparthotels and Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity.
Key responsibilities Manage and process all inbound sales and reservations enquiries from various channels, and answer customer/agent enquiries.
Make and amend reservations, gather lead enquiries for the Sales team, confirm group reservations.
Report daily sales and performance indicators.
Qualify sales needs and, where possible, set up calls and meetings for city Sales Managers.
Undertake sales research to assist the sales team in identifying and developing new leads.
Provide quality customer service as the first interaction with Staycity to ensure a pleasant and easy experience.
Qualifications and skills Fluent English and German, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Word and Excel; experience with Opera PMS is preferable.
Ambitious with excellent customer service skills, strong telephone manner, and attention to detail.
Organised, target-driven, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
