Supply Chain Master Data Analyst

On behalf of their Client, Kenny-Whelan & Associates are hiring a Supply Chain Master Data Analyst to join a Global Life Science Company in Cork.

Profile of the Role:

Responsible for maintaining the Company's Irish Toll Manufacturing Company (Toll) SAP master data and providing supply chain and master data support to Toll operationsComply with external regulations, the Company's policies, operating procedures and processesProvide expertise in global supply chain requirementsSupport ad hoc project activities and or tasks involving IHL/Toll for material master data and or supply chain

Main duties and responsibilities:

Maintain Toll SAP master data for materials, BOMs, source lists, P-info recordsInteract with global and local data stewards and implementation of relevant data changesCreate purchase orders for API/Drug substance or procured product materials and subcontract drug product manufacturingMonitor material movements within Toll SAP plantsMonitor procurement of API/Drug substance from bulk manufacturing sites to ensure Sales affiliate demands are satisfiedPerform regular inventory reconciliation and adjustmentsManagement of IDOCsAssist with product returns processesTroubleshooting activities as requiredProcess and or work instruction generation / updates and training as necessaryFollow all quality compliance policiesParticipate in all audits as required

Qualifications:

Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics qualifications such as IIPMM, IPICS, APICS A third level degree qualification (Level 8)2 to 3 years Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Compliance or Operational experienceExcellent IT skills, particularly SAP or similar application and MS Office applications, especially MS ExcelBackground in GMP/GDP compliance environment Experience in a multi-national environment Planning and project management skillsAnalytical and problem solving skills Interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skillsAbility to manage conflicting demands.

Please note that as this is a Contract role you need to be eligible to work in Ireland, hold a Stamp 1G or Stamp 4 Visa
