Hybrid - 2 days WFH
Reperio has partnered with a global financial institution that is seeking a Business Analyst to support operations and technology teams. This role offers the chance to work on requirements gathering, process improvement, and data analysis while shaping solutions that enhance efficiency across financial services.
Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysisCreate BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and process flowsAnalyse data to uncover trends, patterns, and insightsMap current and future-state processes to identify improvementsAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teamsSupport testing activities and document defectsProvide reporting and presentations for decision-makingRequirements:
Previous Business Analyst or similar experienceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsKnowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)Understanding of financial operations (. settlements, reconciliations, payments)Awareness of Agile methodologies / ceremoniesSQL or other data analysis tools (. MS Access, macros, pivot tables) desirableBenefits:
