The successful candidate will support project and programme delivery across technology, data, and business change initiatives. You’ll play a key role in project governance, reporting, and coordination to ensure complex projects are delivered efficiently, transparently, and to a high standard.Responsibilities:Support project and program managers with planning, coordination, and delivery tracking.Maintain project schedules and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.Prepare and present regular project reports for senior stakeholders.Assist with project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, and budget reconciliation.Help manage project resource allocation and utilisation.Drive consistency in PMO processes and contribute to continuous improvement.Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and project control standards.Requirements:3-5 years' experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project analysis role - ideally within technology or consulting.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Experience with project management or ERP tools; hands-on NetSuite SuiteProjects experience is a distinct advantage.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
