Customer Service Representative – Internal Sales

Cork | Full-time, Office-Based (Monday to Friday)

One of Ireland’s leading business print and design companies is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their professional team in Cork.

This is a full-time, office-based role, working closely with the Business Development Manager to support client relationships and internal sales activities. The ideal candidate will be personable, confident on the phone, and have a solid understanding of technical sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for customer enquiriesUnderstand client needs and provide tailored solutionsManage and grow existing accountsSupport the Business Development Manager in delivering high-quality serviceMaintain and update the customer management systemContribute to marketing and promotional initiatives

What You’ll Bring:
