This exciting 11-months Contract Manager contract (with chance of extension) allows you to take the lead in negotiating complex contracts directly with our clients. You'll work with a variety of agreements, including software licensing, SaaS models, professional services, and more.

Your daily responsibilities will be: 

Negotiate contracts directly with clients, finding creative solutions that meet both their needs and ours. Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, regulations, and legal best practices. Work closely with various teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, etc.) to drive deals to successful completion. Maintain and enforce contracting policies, including approval processes for non-standard terms and pricing. Assist the salesforce with ongoing client contract administration. Advise management on contractual terms and risks. Provide training to Sales and other departments on contract issues and negotiation strategies.

Who You are: 

8+ years' experience in contract lifecycle management, or applicable legal environment Advanced contract management / contract negotiation and drafting of legal terms & conditions experience Proficiency in use of contract management software, electronic procurement, supply chain and /or analytical software Proven negotiation, drafting, and redline skillset a must
