This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, mission-critical systems, ensuring applications are highly reliable, scalable, and performant in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and execute performance testing strategies for complex enterprise applications.Develop, maintain, and enhance performance test scripts and automation frameworks.Analyse test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous performance validation.Support the diagnosis and resolution of production performance issues.Collaborate and mentor junior team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.6+ years of experience in performance engineering or testing, including recent hands-on delivery in enterprise environments.Strong practical experience with LoadRunner (preferred), and exposure to tools such as JMeter, NeoLoad, or Selenium.In-depth knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.Proven experience analysing and optimising performance for:Java-based applicationsContainerised / serverless architecturesDatabases (MSSQL, Oracle, DynamoDB)Modern JavaScript front-end systemsStrong understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.Experience with AWS and integrating tests within CI/CD pipelines.For more info contact Seamus or apply through the link Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
