Reperio has partnered with a leading medical technology company seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join their dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will work on developing cutting-edge diagnostic platforms and contribute to the ongoing improvement of existing systems. This role offers the opportunity to support medical device research and development, drive innovation, and make a tangible impact on next-generation healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop new diagnostic platforms, as well as improve existing platforms.Develop software and control solutions for medical device platforms.Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, scientists, and software testers.Contribute to creating technical documentation such as code reviews, work instructions, FMEA, and BOMs.Perform risk and hazard analysis for products under development.Report on project and design status to senior management.Manage design changes for products under development and released.Ensure compliance with internal procedures and international standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in C#/.NET.Degree or higher qualification in a STEM-related discipline.Experience with requirements gathering and software design.Familiarity with UI design patterns like MVVM, MVC, and MVP.Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD platforms.Solid understanding of the SDLC.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

Experience mentoring developers or assisting with project delivery.Experience with WPF, WinUI, Blazor, MAUI, Xamarin, or Avalonia.Proficiency in a second programming language (., Python, Java, C++).Experience with embedded devices and communication protocols.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (MS Azure, AWS) and .NET Core technologies.Experience in regulated environments.
