Purchasing Administrator | Medical Devices

At Staffline Recruitment we are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Purchasing Administrator to join a growing medical device supplier with offices located in Dublin 2.

This permanent position requires a motivated and enthusiastic candidate with the ability to work in a team and individual environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, purchasing, and planning within a regulated

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing and supplier coordinationManage the reorder process for inventory stockPrepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Support negotiations with suppliers to achieve best value for cost, quality, and delivery terms.Maintain and update data within SAPSupport the internal Product Commercialisation process.Monitor supplier performance and contribute to supplier reviews.Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.Liaise with internal teams (sales, service, warehouse) to align purchasing needs with business requirements

Interested applicant will meet the following requirements:

2-3 years of experience in purchasing, planning, or supply chain roles within the medical device or related industry.Qualified or currently studying a procurement or related qualificationA high level of proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic procurement function within a fast-paced and expanding organisation. A salary in the region of €40,000 will be payable.
