Responsibilities

:
Contribute to the development and implementation of internal control processes. Collaborate with team members to identify efficiencies and improvements in internal controls. Exercise judgment within defined processes to support internal control objectives. Assist in monitoringpliance with internal control policies and procedures. Participate in team discussions to provide insights and suggestions for process enhancements. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualification:

1.ernance Framework Development:

Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance ofernance frameworks and control processes for the credit organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporateernance standards and regulatory requirements.

2. Risk Management andpliance:

Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potentialpliance and operational risks within the credit organization.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of controls and rmend enhancements to mitigate identified risks.

Ensurepliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

3. Control Testing and Monitoring:

Collaborate on the development of control testing plans to evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls.

Monitor control activities and provide timely reporting on control performance and issues.

4. Policy and Procedure Development:

Assist in the development and documentation of policies and procedures related to crediternance and controls.

Ensure that policies and procedures are up-to-date and reflect current regulatory and business requirements.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with internal stakeholders, including risk management,pliance, legal, and audit teams, to ensure a cohesive approach toernance and controls.

Provide training and support to team members onernance and control-related topics.

6. Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within theernance and controls framework.

Stay informed of industry's best practices and emerging trends in crediternance and controls.

What do you need to bring:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in risk management,pliance, or controls within the financial services industry, preferably in a credit-related role

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to crediternance and controls.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

Strongmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience withernance, risk, andpliance (GRC) tools is a plus.

Relevant professional certificates are advantageous.
