HR Administrator HR & Recruitment HR - Assistant / Administrator Kildare Permanent / Full Time 23/10/ Minimum 1 years experience salary 32K to 37K based in Maynooth HR Administrator We’re looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our people operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR experience who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and enjoys making a real difference every day. Key Responsibilities Managing job postings across multiple platforms and ensuring all vacancies are actively maintained and up to date. Preparing induction packs, coordinating onboarding schedules, and supporting employee training and development activities. Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records within our HR database, ensuring data integrity at all times. Monitoring Health & Safety and compliance training records for both new and existing employees. Handling Garda Vetting processes and supporting employee compliance checks. Assisting with HR correspondence, reporting, and general administrative duties as required. Providing ad hoc HR support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Requirements We’re looking for someone who brings both professionalism and enthusiasm to the role: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an HR or administrative role. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with HR databases or systems. Analytical and numerically strong, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
