The Technical Product Owner works cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to turn complex user needs into technically robust, scalable solutions. Responsibilities include driving product discovery, managing a technical backlog, and ensuring architectural alignment.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate domain discovery sessions (., user story mapping, event storming)Define clear, testable acceptance criteria using structured techniques (., Gherkin)Own and manage a technical product backlog, including enablers and tech debtTranslate business requirements into actionable technical user storiesCollaborate with architects and developers to guide implementationEnsure consistent communication between technical and non-technical teamsProactively identify and address technical risks and constraintsRequirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Product Owner or Technical Product Manager roleStrong foundation in software engineering principles and Agile practicesExperience with domain-driven design and managing non-functional requirements (., performance, security)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven track record of delivering complex, technically sound productsPrior experience in EdTech or enterprise SaaS preferredReperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
