Reperio has partnered with a leading organisation that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Lean Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring strong business analysis expertise, proven Lean methodology experience, and ideally hold a Black Belt certification.
This is a long-term day rate contract for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and challenges.Conduct root cause analysis and gather requirements to inform process improvements.Apply Lean principles and tools (., value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S) to drive efficiencies.Develop business cases and present recommendations for process redesign or automation.Track, measure, and report on the impact of improvement initiatives.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.If you are interested in this role, apply with the link below or reach out to Mathew at Reperio for more information.
