About Us: An Naíonra Charraig Uí Leighin is a Community Sessional Service located in the heart of Carrigaline. We provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children during term time.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Preschool Manager to lead our preschool. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the preschool service, ensuring a developmentally appropriate environment for children. This role includes overseeing staff, implementing policies, and maintaining high standards in early learning and care.

Roles and Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills:

Level 7 or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years paid experience in a childcare settingStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and team-building abilitiesKnowledge of childcare regulations and child protection policiesProficient in computer use and budget management

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the preschoolSupport and supervise staffImplement child-centred curriculumEnsure compliance with all regulations and guidelinesWorking knowledge of HIVE, ECCE and NCSLiaise with parents and guardians
