Your keen eye for detail, sound judgment, and understanding of cultural norms and current trends will help protect users and promote respectful interactions across the platform.Develop a deep understanding of the client’s products, policies, and community standards.Review reported content in line with established turnaround times and quality benchmarks.Enforce Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing reports of abuse or policy violations.Investigate and resolve user issues, including account support and content-related concerns.Candidate ProfileEnglish proficiency: C1 level or higher (CEFR)Fluent in Dutch (oral and written), with a deep understanding of regional culture and social trends.)Deep understanding of market-specific cultural norms and trendsPersonal resilience and emotional maturity when handling sensitive materialCompensationBase salary: €31, per year Bonus: 10% performance-based bonusBenefitsPrivate health insurancePension contribution (after 12 months of service)Bike to Work SchemeTax Saver SchemeRelocationWorking Schedule & LocationWorking days: 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday.
