We are currently recruiting a Mobile Patrol Officer / Security officer in the Limerick area for a full-time position. Shift patterns 19:00-07:00 / 07:00-19:00 - Fully Flexible 12hr shifts, Nightshift, Dayshift, Weekends & Bank Holidays.(Occasional static duties across portfolio in Limerick)

Shifts may vary Rate of pay €16.75 per hour plus a Night Shift Allowance of €16.80 per shift, plus a Sunday Allowances of €3.44 per hour. (composite payrate for Sunday shift €20.19 per hour)

**A full clean drivers license is essential for this position**

*All Securitas interviews are conducted online via video call*

Expectations of this position are to:

To provide a variety of mobile services including patrol & alarm response, escort duties and assisting with out of hours deliveries To endeavour to provide excellent customer service to all Securitas Mobile Customers To be fully aware and compliant in relation to SOP 013 To be fully aware of procedures and escalation processes in emergency situations Carry out thorough vehicle and equipment checks at handover and complete relevant documentation To complete a run sheet documenting each task carried out during the shift To compile incident and activation reports to a legible and accurate standard on a daily basis To maintain company vehicles to the required standard reflecting a professional company image at all times To ensure security of company vehicle at all times To keep secure and confidential all specific customer information To attend training courses as required To carry out other tasks/duties that may be required to continue the efficient running of the business To wear the uniform supplied in a way that projects professionalism To feedback opportunities for new business to the Branch To be respectful towards customers property and premises To liaise with Team Leader at the start of the shift to discuss operation issues/changes To be vigilant in relation to Health & Safety Issues both from a personal point of view and form a customers point of view and report accordingly To complete tasks within a reasonable agreed timescale To drive the fleet vehicle in a professional and legal manner ensuring compliance with Road Traffic Regulations Fully and satisfactorily complete all of the training that has been agreed is necessary for the particular site.  Fully and satisfactorily complete all of the tasks and duties on site as defined within the published Assignment Instructions (AI's). Proactively refer to and review the published Assignment Instructions, thus familiarising oneself with any changes and in order to suggest changes that can proactively improve or enhance the level of service. Where required, monitor CCTV system. Look out for, and to immediately report, any Health & Safety hazards, or potential hazards, on client location. Stay alert to any threats or changes within the work environment in order to take the appropriate action in order to reduce the chance of disruption, loss or damage. Use common sense and initiative by immediately involving others if a situation appears to become threatening. Complete an accurate, detailed notebook entry as soon as possible after any incident, which can then be used as part of the Incident Report process

Minimum requirements: 

Good P.C skills Fluent English essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational skills A good knowledge of the Dublin area A valid PSA Licence is essential A full clean drivers licence is essential
