We are currently recruiting for temporary Grade III Clerical Officers in Limerick City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate minute taking during meetings and recording discussions and decisions made.
- Scheduling and organizing meetings, including coordinating dates, booking venues, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Providing general administrative support as needed.
- Maintaining and updating files and records.
- Effective communication with team members and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role.
- Proficiency in minute taking and meeting scheduling/organizing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
