Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the department, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
- Manage reception duties, including greeting patients, handling phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely data entry.
- Assist with report preparation and correspondence, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office and email.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
