Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist. This role will involve providing exceptional support to our customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate office operations, including administrative tasks and supply management.
  • Provide first-point-of-contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Assist with sales invoicing and supplier payments.

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in customer support, administration, or sales/purchasing administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Comfortable working with technology.

Work Environment
