Level 3 Support Engineer 187352 Desired skills: IT Support, Security, Infrastructure Reperio has partnered with a leading organisation seeking an experienced L3 Support Engineer to join a dynamic IT infrastructure team supporting a multi-site manufacturing and office environment. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and compliance of the compute environment, while driving best practices and delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain a secure, resilient, and compliant compute infrastructure environment across multiple sites.Lead patching schedules, security tool management, and vulnerability remediation to ensure infrastructure compliance.Coordinate and support disaster recovery testing and global controls audits.Collaborate closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver infrastructure projects and resolve incidents.Support and optimise SQL, VMware, and Windows Server environments.Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, support escalations, and new solution proposals.Track and report on infrastructure budgets, spend trends, and resource allocation.Requirements:5+ years' experience in compute infrastructure or IT operations roles.Strong technical expertise across Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, MS SQL, Cisco, and Azure/cloud environments.Proven experience with security patching, vulnerability management, and tools such as BigFix, SEP, or WSUS.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage third-party vendor relationships.Solid experience with incident/change management processes and tools (., ServiceNow).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Desirable:Experience with SAN storage, backup appliances (Rubrik, Veritas), Citrix/RDS, or manufacturing IT environments.Relevant technical certifications (., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Azure).Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
