Project Manager - Residential Building Contractor - South DublinOffice/Project Location: South DublinEmployment Type: Permanent, ,full timeWork Location: SIte based Pay: €80- €95K negotiable based on experience & qualifications Experience: 5+ years in similar role working on similar projectsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client is one of Ireland's leading Building Contractors with residential projects in Dublin and have requirements for a number of Project ManagersManage all on-site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.Liaise with clients, consultants, and design teams to communicate progress, address issues, and maintain strong relationships.Review project progress and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.Oversee procurement and materials management, ensuring timely availability and compliance with specifications.Direct and supervise the Site Engineer and Site Manager to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination.Identify and resolve construction-related challenges and implement solutions effectively.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in line with Irish construction regulations.RequirementsHold relevant construction/engineering qualificationMain contracting experiencePrevious experience working on a residential development construction projects.Ability to work on own initiativeSelf-motivated and hard workerStrong team building skillsAnalytical and decision-making skillsTechnical and practical knowledge of the building industry importantStrong budgeting and financial management skillsExcellent written and oral presentation skillsPackage€80 - €95K negotiable based on experience & qualifications
