Your new role
Reporting the the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:Prepare monthly management accounts to trial balance, for review by the FDOverseeing the management of accounts payable and receivable team and dutiesCarry out monthly payment runs and expensesCashflow managementEnsure full IFRS compliance for audits and financial statementsWork closely with the FD and senior management team to identify and implement cost-saving measuresContinuous assessment and implementation of process improvements to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracyOversee payroll department and ensure monthly payroll and employee benefits are accurateMonthly and quarterly tax compliance and statutory return filing on ROSHandle pension contributions and queriesWhat you'll need to succeed You must be a fully qualified accountant with minimum 2 years' PQE in industryYou must have meticulous attention to detail and strive for 100% accuracy.You must be adaptable to different communication styles and managing queries from different stakeholders across the businessKnowledge of payroll, pension and benefitsSolution-driven attitude and ability to adapt in a busy environmentWhat you'll get in return
You will get a salary of between €65,000 - €70,000, potential flexibility for the right candidate, plus a bonus of up to €10k and benefits including pension, healthcare, 21 days AL (increasing with service), free parking and hybrid working (3 days in office and 2 days at home). With the opportunity to progress to Financial Controller, career development will be on the table in this role long-term.
