Right now, they are seeking experienced and skilled management members across Dublin, the Midlands and Louth to become site managers and help the organisation reach the next level.
Your New Role
As mentioned above, this role is to be based in Dublin, but they are hiring for other surrounding locations. The site location is always tailored to be as close to home as possible for yourself.
Selection of site dutiesDay-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors
Assist the Project team in monitoring progress to meet agreed programme targets
Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times
Work closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground.
What You'll Need For The Role
5–10 years' Site Management experiencePrevious Main Contractor experience, ideally large-scale commercial/mixed-use development projects experience is beneficial.Third level qualification or Trades background is sought after (Having excellent knowledge of trades)IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft softwareExcellent delegation and organisational skillsAbility to work well within a team and to collaborate with othersWhat You'll Get in Return
