An exciting opportunity has arisen with a hugely successful Irish business based in Dublin City. The organisation has made recently made a number of acquisitions which is strengthening its position across Europe, North America and the UK. The company has significant plans for growth and development over the coming months and years.
The business is currently seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join the team. Reporting directly to the Head of Internal Audit, the successful candidate will be providing assurance that internal controls within the group are effective in minimising risk and exposures to acceptable levels and to provide recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities will include – Evaluating and assessing business processes and objectives to determine key controls and risks Possess strong understanding of business risks demonstrate past execution and delivery of an annual group wide risk assessment program. Design audit tests and prepare audit programmes based on the assessment of controls, risks and exposures Candidate Profile – Big 4 trained Qualified Accountant Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an internal/ external audit capacity – ideally working with FMCG clients Problem solving aptitude Open to open to international travel – UK, EU, US circa 40% Salary Salary will be highly competitive and will depend on the level of experience brought
